Bob Schoonover has worked in manufacturing his entire career affording him hands on experience in nearly every facet of the industry. He recently retired after selling Schoonover Industries, a sub-contract manufacturing company he started in 1983.
In addition to serving as President of the Ashland Rotary club, where he was earned the Paul Harris Fellowship Award, he has also served as a board member for organizations such as the United Way, the Domestic Violence Shelter and the Ashland Chamber of Commerce.
Bob has three children, a son and two daughters, and three grandchildren. Bob makes his home in Cottonwood Heights, Utah where he enjoys exploring off the beaten path in his Jeep or driving the mountain roads in his Corvette.
Ed Ytsma is a seasoned, semi-retired businessman with 45 years experience in financial and operations management. Industries Ed has worked in include capital goods manufacturing, metalworking, molding, and distribution.
He is in the process of retiring from Sajar Plastics LLC, where he has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 2004.
His educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a BA with emphasis in Physics, Math, and Chemistry. He served four years in the U. S. Air Force as an aircraft and flight mechanic.
Ed and his wife Carol reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and are empty nesters with three daughters and four grandchildren.
Bob Adamov is experienced as a senior executive in human resources, investor relations and public relations with a number of companies in northeast Ohio.
His employers include The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Mr. Coffee, NutriScience Technologies and two defense contractors involved with geospatial intelligence- TechniGraphics in Wooster and CACI in Arlington, VA.
Bob is also the award-winning author of 9 action/adventure novels set in the Lake Erie Islands. He and his wife, Cathy, reside in Wooster.
